This week on Wednesday we had athletics day, it was really fun and cool. We played heaps of different games like sprints, 200 meters, 400 meters, tug of war and many more. I wish I was year 7 so I could have it again next year.

I coloured a stone and I don’t know why I did. I learnt that Matariki is about spending time with my family and being grateful that their here. I enjoyed spending time with my friends and not doing work at school. Matariki means to be to be grateful and be happy that I’m here today.
